It’s been… (checked back this blog) a few weeks since I updated this blog. There were so much things that I wanted to express but I couldn’t post them online. Lots of things happened in career life, friends and basically, once I’m at home, I’ll be in front of the pc or nb streaming songs or Jdorama. Finished Galileo | ガリレオ(2007), then watched Beauty & The Beast simply because Fukuyama was in it but still haven’t finished this.
Then I watched Nodame Cantabile (anime) and it was funny! Just that the characters are not as kawaii and gorgeous as the Nodame Cantabile Live Action!
If you love music, esp classical ones, humour & romance in anime-style acting, go for this!

Love all the cast acting except for the poem sprouting writer (the actor in My Hero, My Boss - evil younger, weak but smart bro) but the poem’s quite “bright” :)
Nodame / Noda Megumi (piano) played by Ueno Juri won 51th Television Drama Academy Awards for this Nodame Cantabile and she definately deserved it! Of all the actors & actresses who acted in this Jdorama, she was the 1 who played the anime character to the dot! Her voice is sooo kawaii & sweet, not the annoying-you-wanna-slap-her type.
Of course, it helps that the lead actor Tamaki Hiroshi as Chiaki Shinichi (piano, violin, conducting) is also good looking with kissable lips. *smooch*
Another fav character is Mine, played by Eita (violin) who is passionate about rock music, then crossover to classic. That Takenaka Naoto as Franz Strezemann (Milch Holstein by Nodame) is a funny pervert chanting weird Japanese hehe.
Koide Keisuke as Okuyama Masumi (timpani) is not as funny as the anime character but he’s great at being a timpanist. His expressions are expressive, just not as gay as some gay guys I know. Plus, his side moustache makes him look like a pervert than gay haha. Mizukawa Asami as Miki Kiyora (violin) is gorgeous, classy and so confident.
I am watching it at Crunchyroll :D

i still prefer the anime. i feel the live action drama was a bit trying too hard. :D
