Lumut-Ipoh trip Feb 2017 Day 3

Last day in Swiss-Garden. It rained early morning and there was no morning sun visible.

Itinerary:

  1. Breakfast: bread & yogurt take-away from yesterday night.
  2. Hangout at beach. Check-out was jiffy.
  3. Lunch: Capri Italian Restaurant, Lumut & drive by jetty to see the seaside.
  4. Go home via B42 Jalan Raja Musa, reached evening.

Open area parking & entrance to Nature walk. If the room is Garden view, it’s parking view haha.

This bread was supposed to be a bear face but it had been squashed in my bag.

Love the pine-like trees here.

Find out the activities available and charges here. Read in foursquare that it’s way cheaper to go to Pangkor island from Lumut than this place.

A gentle and friendly horse. So sad to see it here, no freedom. Never support riding animals. How would you like to be one?

This was the different route to go home and it passed by different type of plantations. On the way, we passed by Sekinchan’s padi fields. Here, there were VERY few cars and we loved the view – so surprised to see pink Teratai (Water Lily) on the big ditch (small river?).

Would we come again? Not while there are still flies.. though the place is ok, scenery is serene but nothing spectacular. We didn’t eat any food in Swiss-Garden, so couldn’t comment on the food.

We used combination of Google Map, Waze, Foursquare and TripAdvisor for navigation and places to visit. Oh yeah, I used Pokemon Go to find street art in Ipoh. Be sure to have full petrol and go to toilet earlier because there are not many petrol stations along the way or in Lumut.
