Korea Spring – Jeju Island Day 2 – Yeomiji Botanical Garden

Entrance fee: 9000 Won for adult. There are diff price rate for school kids, senior citizens and group tour.

We spent almost 3hrs here, including a stop to eat corn chips and ice cream – the orange (Hallabong) ice cream was tasty. We tried yam ice cream, it was ok. Not cheap. There are many outdoor and indoor gardens. Hoping to see cherry blossom.. Found 2 trees. Most of the plants are healthy.

Needless to say, we acted like Indian movies (hanging around the trees and dance).

My favourite gardens are French Garden and of course, Cactus Garden.

There is train ride within Yeomiji Botanical Garden (it doesn’t stop) so that you can see all the garden without walking. During weekends, there are more people and some schools have field trips.
